Buying ChatGPT Go on GPT Go takes a minute of checkout: cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay, processed by Stripe and charged in USD. This page covers every payment method we accept, what happens after you pay, and what to do if a card is declined.

What happens after you pay
The confirmation appears right away
You land on your order page with an order number, and a confirmation email goes to the address you entered at checkout.
Delivery starts automatically
Automatic Go orders apply the direct top-up in about 1 to 3 minutes — the order page shows the live status the whole time.
Keep your order number
That number plus your checkout email is all you need to track the order, change anything, or ask support@gptgo.lol for help.
If your card is declined
Declines are usually your bank protecting the card, not a problem on our side. Work through these in order:
- Try another card — different banks have different online-payment rules.
- Try Apple Pay or Google Pay instead; both use your existing wallet setup.
- Check with your bank: many cards block international or online payments by default and need one toggle switched on.
- Make sure the billing details match the card, and that online purchases are enabled for it.
- Still stuck? Email support@gptgo.lol with what you tried — if the payment went through without creating an order, we will trace and refund it.

Which payment methods can I use for ChatGPT Go on GPT Go?
Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and other major cards), Apple Pay and Google Pay. Every payment is processed securely by Stripe and charged in USD.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are processed by Stripe, a leading payment provider. GPT Go never receives your full card number — the checkout happens on Stripe’s secure flow.
Can I pay for ChatGPT Go for someone else?
Yes. Use the email you want order updates sent to at checkout — that email plus the order number is how the order is tracked and delivered. For team orders, email support@gptgo.lol before ordering.
Do you accept crypto or bank transfer?
No. GPT Go checkout accepts cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay only — no crypto and no bank transfer. Every payment runs through Stripe in USD.
What happens if my payment fails mid-checkout?
A failed attempt does not create an order and you are not charged for it. If your statement shows a charge without a matching order, email support@gptgo.lol with the payment receipt and we will sort it out — unmatched charges are refunded in full.
Can I use a card that is not in my name?
Checkout runs on Stripe and your bank may decline a card that does not belong to the account holder. If you are buying as a gift, the simplest path is to pay with your own card and use the recipient’s email at checkout for updates.
