How to recharge ChatGPT, step by step

The four steps

  1. Step 1

    Go is the cheapest tier for everyday use, Plus adds the full model lineup, Pro 5x and Pro 20x are for heavy usage, and Business adds a seat to a workspace. The live price list shows current prices, stock and delivery method.

  2. Step 2

    Check out with card, Apple Pay or Google Pay

    Checkout runs on Stripe and is charged in USD. Leave the email you want order updates sent to — that email plus your order number is how you track delivery later.

  3. Step 3

    Wait for delivery and watch your order page

    Automatic orders apply the direct top-up in about 1 to 3 minutes. Orders handled by support, like Business seats and Pro plans, usually finish within 5 to 30 minutes. Your order page shows the live status either way.

  4. Step 4

    Confirm the new plan on your account

    Open ChatGPT, sign in to your own account and check the active plan. If anything looks wrong, contact support with your order number before buying again.

What you never need to share

A recharge should never cost you control of your account. GPT Go never asks for your ChatGPT password, and no legitimate recharge service needs it. If anyone asks for your password to “recharge” your ChatGPT, treat it as a red flag.

  • Never send your ChatGPT password by email or chat.
  • Your order number and purchase email are enough to track a delivery.
  • Delivery details appear on your order page after payment.

If something goes wrong

Failed top-ups, duplicate charges and delivery problems are refunded in full on the same day. Open your order page or email support@gptgo.lol with your order number and the email you used at checkout.

Do I need to cancel my current ChatGPT subscription first?

No. A direct top-up is applied to the account through our delivery process. If you already have an active subscription, mention it with your order number at support@gptgo.lol so the top-up is applied correctly.
