How fast does a ChatGPT top up arrive?

Orders handled by support, such as Pro and Business seats, usually finish within 5 to 30 minutes. Either way, your order page shows the live status from payment to delivery.

What decides how fast it lands
Automatic or support-handled
Go and Plus are applied by our system automatically. Pro and Business orders are confirmed by support before delivery, which adds a little time by design.
Payment confirmation
The clock starts when Stripe confirms your payment. Most payments confirm in seconds; occasionally your bank adds a short security check of its own.
Live stock and demand
Every product card shows current stock and sale status straight from the store. When demand is high, support orders may take the upper end of their delivery window.
Where to follow your order
Every order gets an order number at checkout, and the email you leave there receives the updates. Your order page is the live view: it shows the order being received, delivered, and completed - no need to refresh a checkout tab or guess.
If your top up is taking longer than expected
Run through these four steps in order - they catch almost every case:
Open your order page
Your order page shows whether the order is received, in delivery, or done - it is the single source of truth while you wait.
Check the email you used at checkout
Order updates are sent to that inbox. If you do not see them, glance at the spam folder before assuming something is wrong.
Give support orders their window
Pro and Business orders legitimately take 5 to 30 minutes, because a person verifies and applies them after payment.
Reach out with your order number
If anything is outside its window, email support@gptgo.lol with the order number and we will fix or refund it - failed top ups are refunded in full on the same day.

Why is my order slower than 3 minutes?
Two reasons cover almost every case: the plan you bought is support-handled (Pro or Business), or your payment needed a few extra seconds to confirm. Both are normal - your order page shows exactly where things stand.
Do I need to keep the page open while it is delivered?
No. Delivery happens on our side whether or not the tab is open. You can close it and come back with your order number and email at any time.
What if my top up never arrives?
