How to recharge ChatGPT Pro
Recharging ChatGPT Pro works the same way as every other tier on GPT Go — you buy a one-month direct top-up and it is applied to your own account. The difference: Pro orders are handled by support rather than an automatic system, with a usual delivery window of 5 to 30 minutes.

Check out with card, Apple Pay or Google Pay
Checkout runs on Stripe and is charged in USD. Leave the email you want order updates sent to — that email plus your order number is how you follow delivery.
- Step 3
Wait for the support-handled delivery
Pro orders are prepared by our support team rather than an automatic system, so the usual window is 5 to 30 minutes. Your order page shows the live status.
- Step 4
Confirm Pro on your own account
Sign in to ChatGPT, open your account settings and check the active plan. If anything looks wrong, contact support with your order number before buying again.

How support-handled delivery works
As soon as your payment completes, the order appears in our support queue with your order number. Support prepares the Pro top-up and applies it to your own account — you are not asked for a password and you do not log in anywhere on our side. The order page updates as it moves, and delivery details appear there when it is done.
If the order page still shows pending after 30 minutes, email support@gptgo.lol with the order number — every message with an order number gets a reply and a resolution.
After delivery: what to check
- Sign in to ChatGPT and open account settings to confirm the Pro plan is active.
- If everything looks right, you are done — the month runs from the moment it was applied.
- If something looks off, do not buy again: contact support with your order number first, so nothing gets double-charged.

Yes. The direct top-up is applied to your own account through our delivery process and nothing is cancelled first. Mention any active subscription with your order number at support@gptgo.lol so it is applied correctly.
Do you need my ChatGPT password for a Pro top-up?
No. GPT Go never asks for your ChatGPT password — every tier, including Pro, is a direct top-up applied to your own account.
What happens if my Pro recharge fails?
Failed top-ups are refunded in full on the same day, and duplicate charges are refunded too. Open your order page or email support@gptgo.lol with your order number.
Is GPT Go the official ChatGPT Pro recharge?
